The contest will be held at the [[Mario Valdaz Arena]], named after a coach of the Kalosian National Football Team who was a native of Cafalon. The arena normally accommodates around 16,000 seats for sports matches and can hold up to 25,000 people for concerts. For the contest, the hall will have a capacity of 21,000.
The stage was designed by Tarani & Co, a company that has been the mastermind behind the set designs of many prestigious productions in Kalosia and beyond.
The stage consists of one round main stage surrounded by curved pillars left and right. Above the stage there is a decorative component which we will call “waves”; these are fitted with LED lights and can be made to shine in any colour. The waves can also be raised or lowered up to stage level or even stowed away for a more minimalist look.
There will also be a satellite stage towards the back of the of hall. Note that this stage will be empty however there is enough space to load props. There will be a catwalk, however this only goes around the stage, and does not connect to the satellite stage. There will not be an orchestra.
For the opening act, we invite Aves Minervae, a Kalosian folk girl group, to present a performance titled "Return to Modernity", a folk pop number that reflects on the history of humanity and its journey into the modern urban age. This will be followed by a Parade of Nations, of course.
Tune: "Bur man laimi" — Tautumeitas
The interval act is titled "How to Resonate", and will be presented by [[Franšeska Lukrezi]]. It is described as a "crash course" in building the perfect WorldVision entry, one that touches the hearts and minds of viewers.
Tune: "La noia" — Angelina Mango
This will immediately be followed by a reprise of last edition's winners, Elia MiĊelli from Malta Comino Gozo with his song I Won't Run.
